Sally Hoskins
Business Manager

"Kids are our most precious resource." That's
why Sally has been so actively involved in Charter Oak School for the last three
years - as a parent, volunteer and Administrative Board member. After a
12-year career in retail management, and almost as many working with kids, this
stay-at-home mom returned to school to earn an English teaching credential.
Currently, Sally's administrative skills are focused on the school's business
management, vision and development. Part of this development is turning
the home school program into an integrated on-campus/home school where students'
benefit from the on-campus resources and classes being offered. Next year,
in addition to home school coordinating. Sally wants to hit the classroom
teaching her passions: poetry and Shakespeare.
With Sally's extensive business management background she says. "Running a
school is much like running a business, the only difference is that the
business of schools is all about kids! And, that's why we're here!"
