Principal's Message

As Principal, I have the unique opportunity of introducing the web site for Goshen Elementary School. Whether student, parent, staff or community member, the information contained within this web page will prove useful to you about our school and community.

At Goshen School our motto is "Be Safe, Be Kind, and Do your Job." We strive to instill in our students the importance of respect, honesty, and hard work. Our core values are:

bulletProfessional growth is central to teaching.
bulletMaximize instructional time.
bulletGoshen teachers are always looking for ways to improve.
bulletUse collaboration in professional development, planning, and decision making.
bulletDiscipline is an instructional process. Rules should be taught and students should know what consequences to expect as a result of the choices they make.
bulletRespect and concern will be demonstrated when working with students, staff, and parents.
bulletAdults will be fair in their judgments and actions.
bulletThe staff at Goshen will provide prompt and timely results when assisting students failing to learn.
bulletAdults at Goshen will teach internal locus of control, prompts, cues, stats, etc. in order to enable students to have control over their lives to be successful.

Goshen School is very proud of the progress that we have made during the past year. Student achievement scores continue to rise and community involvement is at an all time high. We are pleased of the partnership that we have formed with our families to improve student performance, and welcome parent and community support in our school.

As we continue to build and expand our web site, we hope to bring you as examples the many exciting events and extraordinary accomplishments of our students.

Sincerely,

Marty Frolli
